Gennadi Dreams is designed and built by Danish architects with an emphasis on creating a environmentally friendly constuction.

Gennadi Dreams consist of 14 holiday homes spanning at sizes between 62-69 m².

All holiday homes has a beautiful and stunning sea view whether you are spending your time by the pool or on the terrace on the roof.

The south east orientation makes the holiday homes sunny all day long.

Each holiday home has two bedrooms with a doublebed in each, a large bathroom with a double zink and a  spacius showercabin, a nice and open kitchen facing the sea, and of cource a cosy livingroom with tv, dvd-player etc.

In the livingroom the sofa can be converted into a doublebed in order for the holiday homes to accomodate up to 6 persons.  

The holiday homes in the floorplan has 2 terraces and the holiday homes on the 1. floor has a nice 50 m² terrace on the roof.  

Gennadi Dreams was built in 2007/2008, with an interior inspired from the Nordic style.
